FeDBC is iron N,N-di-n-butyldithiocarbamate. Add a quantitative n-butylamine and equimolar base to the reactor, start stirring, drop an equimolar amount of carbon disulfide liquid, and maintain a low temperature reaction. Finally, drop a specified amount of molar ratio ferric trichloride aqueous solution to react until the black precipitate is completely precipitated from the aqueous solution, filtered, wash until 1% silver nitrate aqueous solution is added dropwise to the washing solution without white flocculent precipitation, and dry the product at 70 ℃ for more than 30 hours to obtain a black powder finished product, which is recrystallized with acetone. The 0.1%-0.35% FeDBC photosensitizer, dispersant and low-density polyethylene are mixed, plasticized, extruded and pelletized in GH50 high-speed mixer and SJ65 single-screw extruder to make FeDBC-containing masterbatch, and then the masterbatch is combined with low-density polyethylene and high-density polyethylene in SJ65 suction molding machine and blister to form a film.
